MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is entered into by and between:

Parul University

A leading private university in India, recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited with NAAC A++ grade, offering over 250 multidisciplinary programs across Engineering, Management, Medicine, Pharmacy, Applied Sciences, Design, and more. With a vibrant international community of 4500+ Students from 75+ countries, Parul University is committed to fostering innovation, global partnerships, and excellence in education.

ACEEM University

A private institution and a full member of the "Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie" (AUF). The University integrates the LMD cursus (License – Master – Doctorate) since its creation and is composed of: the Faculty of Law, Management and Communication, the Higher School of Computer Science and Electronics, the Higher School of Health Sciences and the Higher School of International Relations and Diplomacy.

Purpose:

This MoU aims to establish an academic and educational partnership that promotes cooperation, advances research and learning, and enhances international academic exchange between the two institutions.

Scope of Activities:

Student exchange for studies, research, and internships.
Faculty exchange for teaching, training, and joint research.
Development of joint and/or dual degree programs.
Co-curricular collaboration and shared academic modules.
Joint research projects and student supervision.
Language proficiency enhancement (English & French).
Exchange of digital academic resources and publications.
Entrepreneurship programs and incubation support.
Organization of joint conferences and seminars.
Participation in Summer/Winter schools.

PREMIÈRE CONVENTION SPÉCIFIQUE

Mobilité de Doctorants : Doctorat à temps plein à l’Université de Parul (UP).
Durée & Encadrement : 3 ans de préparation avec encadrement académique par UP.
Financement : En grande partie financée par l’Université de Parul.
Engagement : Dispenser des activités pédagogiques à l’UACEEM pendant 3 ans à l’issue du Doctorat.
